  2. If you're a woman and you are overweight with a serious struggle to lose– chances are you have estrogen dominance. You should NOT be eating chia seeds as they contain a lot of phytoestrogens. Or if you had questionable or positive pap smear as these types of cancers are estrogen positive–meaning they thrive on estrogen… (been there done that) chia seeds can make you bleed golf balls during your period. Very bad. Try taking DIM and use collage and gelatin capsules instead.

  3. Hello Veggie Momma I just want to ask you as I'm losing weight can I just use the flaxseed and chia seed with the almond milk to get a better result in tightening my skin instead of adding Irish Moss because I want to maintain and keep my skin healthy

  4. I am dry brushing, rebounding and now using the Lure edge silicone cups. Starting next week to use the Lure fascia blaster. I add Vitamin C to my sea moss. It is supposed to help with skin, too.

  5. Hmm,the site you've linked me is down,anyway,if you are consuming this food in your country and believe is safe,you know better,i just linked what I found because if it does cause inflammation even in low levels,its not worthy to use it for your formula.
