  2. I hope its not rude to say – you seem a bit anxious in this video. I follow basically the same diet – intermittent fasting, nutrition oriented vegan with no grains or potatoes generally. I generally dont do any high carb/starch sources either though like sweet potato or fruits other than berries. Veggies, beans, nuts. I love your vids for recipe ideas – I love bean-based pastas, this looked really good, im definitely going to try it. I had to give up caffeine – I switched to milky tea, then entirely decaf – decaf tea or decaf coffee (or dandy blend) and take herbs for gentler energy: Ashwagandha and Ginko. It was more worth it than I expected – it dried up a lot of anxiety/tense energy I just blamed myself/mind/body for, it might be helpful to you – might be not. I still have it once in a while – just as a regular tea or couple sips of diet soda (which I generally dont do – but like you say, gotta have a vice once in a while). Stretching and breathing when I get low in energy helps too.

  7. I love your videos! They inspire me to get in more veggies. I love your style of cooking. I also like a combination of flavors in my meals. Simple and delicious. I seem to enjoy my food more when it’s abundant and easy so I don’t stress over cooking and it not turn out right lol. Have a good day! ❀️
