  3. Hi Pai,i saw some comments that you're pregnant?Congratulations 😁💜🎉 i have question, whenever i touched chilli certain parts of my fingers became reddish and it's so hot. I used glove but i don't like using it because it made my palm sweating😧 do you have any tips regarding that? I know this sounds stupid sorry

  6. That shrimp paste is my favourite seasoning! I eat it on its own out of the jar. But it’s nice to see what to use the sauce with. I like this combo of ingredients but I would make it with deep fried eggplant, that’s my favourite.

    My favorite Thai restaurant has an amazing eggplant dish, but the eggplant is fried. This looks healthier and less messy to make at home than frying.

  9. I’m sorry but I don’t like this show format. Basically end result is the same thing. I’d much prefer for you to make a series of traditional Thai deserts. Or go on further with your pai kitchen. Recipes like croissant or baked goods you haven’t done.
