1. I used to eat meat with every meal. 4-5 times a day. Thought I'd change it up, what harm can it do. Now have a mainly veggie diet , still have milk and eggs. Fish a couple times a week and one of the four legged meat once a month. I've lost weight, sleep better. Just feeling a bit weaker but told that'll pass once my body adjust.

Papua New guinea? Parts of Africa? Yeah, there's a reason these people are as a big as 14yr old "Western" girl.

    Because steak, beef are in cholesterol and saturated fats but not chicken breast.

  7. The Ox thing is a stupid comment, devoid of scientific knowledge. Ox do not digest and metabolise plants the same as us. You may as well reference Gorillias – who are much stronger than humans but have a plant based diet. Quite simply, humans evolved to get most nutrition directly from meat, because it is most efficient – leaving more energy for the brain. Other animals can get more from plants, however it requires much more energy for the digestive process, leaving less energy for the brain. This has been known by science for a long time, it is uncontroversial, and but completely brushing over this reality, you know that this is pure propaganda.

  8. Iv known people live to over 100 years from eating whatever they want including meats veg and also smoking 50 cigarettes a day alcoholics and these people were just as fit and strong as anybody else… this going to the extreme with plant based diet is better all round is fukin bollocks
