1. Loved your statement! Since I started Crossfit in Aug 2015, my life changed. A heavy duty session gives me motivation, inspiration, and hunger to succeed. I improved my performance at work. I’ll be 48 soon, but feel like I’m 28… I’m a mum, wife and have a demanding job. How do a cope with all of it? Crossfit!

  2. I was going to ask you and John to do a podcast on this – but more so, how do you get the motivation. I find it SO HARD! You guys, please talk about it. I started your pod cast last week. I'm on episode 18. Really love it!
