1. Just transitioned to vegan, also into bodybuilding.
    Lentils and beans are obviously good protein sources, however they are crammed full of estrogen. Have you seen any negative sides from this? Or any blood work that shows elevated levels?

  2. What are the main benefits of a vegan diet for bodybuilding? I've definitely noticed a faster recovery and I'm certainly fitter now but what other benefits are there?
