  1. This looks amazing and I love the vegan Haagen-Dasz peanut butter flavor!! I had a big vegan ice cream taste test at my house this month and even though I tried to send some home with friends, I still have a ton of leftover ice creams – this is a great way to use them up!!!!

  2. You have no idea how much love comes your way, even from just one person in 🌈🌴West Hollywood, every time you post one of your amazing videos (and even while I haven't had the chance to try making anything yet!). You're a [[kind] food] SUPERSTAR! 💖⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💖 The gratitude for your beautiful work & your sharing of it is off the charts, you're genuinely so loved! 😁

  3. I am always looking forward to your videos because baking goods make my day brighter. I do have a request. I am from Northern Italy (Trento) and during Christmas time there is a sweet bread that originated in Verona ( I used to love it, but is not vegan at all) and is called Pandoro. Do you think you may be able to make a vegan version? Thank you and have a wonderful day.

  4. I would love to see you make a vegan Paradise cake. It’s a Hawaiian cake with a layer of guava, lime, and passion fruit. It’s a chiffon type cake. I hope to make this for my husband at some point. It would be amazing to have your help!

  5. Wait… omg.. are you referring too me? I remember requesting this awhile ago so I wasn’t sure.. but I think so.? OMG! I’m so shook right now! I’ve got chills! My favorite vegan baker mentioned me!! Omg omg omg! Lol! Thank you Gretchen! Love you and every thing you do!!! 💕

  6. Your videos are full of amazing techniques! Truly inspiring! I was wondering if you can attempt to make a room temp stable whipped cream. I've seen and tasted amazing room temp stable vegan whipped cream but in only two places, Tokyo and Mexico city. Both were light and airy and made from soy. They were not store bought and no one gave a clear explanation of how it was achieved. I have seen some stabilizers that can be added to soy milk to whip it up but I was wondering if there's other techniques I'm just not finding online. I live part the year in the remote countryside in Mexico so I make everything from scratch, any insight would be amazing. I'm a pro at aquafaba and coconut cream but the texture is the not the same and it won't keep long out of the fridge.

  7. This looks so great! Is't genius to use peanut butter chocolate ice cream for this 🙂 I would love to see a recipe for vegan pavlova… What do you think?
