  1. Just my opinion, I think they incorporate alot more healthier calories/carbs to stay full & energized!!
    Like I'm pretty sure they just don't eat protein shakes for dinner 😩 & her meals have alot more on the plate.

  2. After day 7 you will gain back 6 pounds..lol…unless u eat like that for the rest of your life. Doesn't look like a sustainable lifestyle for normal people. Now after watching this, you will realize how lucky those who doesn't need to diet and workout but have the natural super model body..and yes those humans do exist. They eat whatever they want and they don't gain weight…high metabolism..
